Learn language for discussing substance use disorder (SUD) concerns with patients & families experiencing serious illness.
Understand Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), including regulations and who can prescribe.
Identify how to care for patients with SUD and serious illness as their prognosis and symptoms change.
Discuss harm reduction and the role it serves in caring for this population.
